Excellent customer service and very friendly technicians. They made sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. They always do a great job!

Showed up on time did 3 rooms and hall and were out in less than an hour. There were spots that were missed and the carpet was wetter than usual when they left. Returned for a Declan. Much better job cleaning. Supervisor was the most rude person I have seen in customer service. First he said the poor cleaning was carpet ware because he didn't want to do what he was sent here to do. Next he wanted to argue about what to do. Finally e did do most of what was to be done. If this person were to come back here I would not let him my house

We had an old dog that had issues with control of bodily functions in the final months of her life. After she passed, I called Stanley Steemer for a thorough carpet cleaning job. Steve and Sean were professional, helpful, good natured and understanding of our loss. They explained the process every step of the way. Our odor issues are gone and our carpets haven't looked this good in a long time. I give them 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
