Unprofessional, unreliable, but friendly service.

Had to call them three times concerning a receipt and ultimately had to physically go by the place of business to pick one up. The night I had my car towed I told them to bring it to a specific business and I would meet them there, but they took it to their facility instead.

But hey, they were nice about it so that has to count for something. Next time I'm ask me who I want to tow my vehicle my reply will be, “anyone but Shaner’s Pate Towing.”
