First off, these people are just ... "good old fashioned polite and respectful?" I called about a fireplace installation and the desk girl took my number and one of the guys called me back within the hour. They wern't able to help me for insurance reasons (I'd purchased it at Lowe's and they can't install units they don't support - which is apparently common with every other similar business in town), but he took the time to explain it all, was so helpful, and even suggested that If I couldn't find a place to install it, throw it on Craig's List and they could get me a similar unit and have it installed no problem. He was just ... helpful? I'm still going to exhaust all my resources with having it installed, but I"m going to keep that in mind and might end up utilizing them. A sign of an excellent business is how they treat people even when they're NOT their customer, and they treat everyone just fantastically.
