They would give a estimate to fix the car and then expects you to fight with Insurance company to get the estimate approved. I had to call every day to get an answer from them. Poor Service.
After 2 weeks with no results I have decided to take it to a different repair shop. I have no idea why BMW recommends this place to customers.
